Should the HPV vaccine be offered to all religious groups in Israel? Which takes precedence, human lives or critically important cultural practices? This session will draw from the presenter’s experience as a public health specialist and ethicist in Nunavut, London and York to explore the halachic perspectives on the philosophy and practice of harm reduction.
